EXPORTS of Indian spices during April to October fell 11.11% year-on-year to 296,100 tonnes, led by a sharp decline in garlic, coriander and chilli, according to data published on the Spices Board website on Tuesday. The exports in the year-ago period stood at 333,130 tonnes. While exports of garlic plummeted 94% to 1,000 tonnes, those of coriander declined 45% to 16,000 tonnes and chilli 26% to 110,500 tonnes.
